Apart of support for the new Nikon D3200, it adds the following cameras:

• Fuji X-Pro1, Fuji FinePix F505EXR, F605EXR, F770EXR, F775EXR, HS30EXR, HS33EXR, X-S1
• Leaf Credo 80
• Leica M Monochrome, X2
• Olympus E-M5
• Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF5
• Pentax K-01
• Samsung NX20, NX210, NX1000
• Sony Alpha NEX-F3, NEX-VG20, SLT-A37, SLT-A57
The ACR v.7.1 plugin can be downloaded here: WIN - Mac, the DNG Converter here: WIN - Mac.
Adobe also indicates to have included support for the Nikon D4 and D800/E in this version, nonetheless, these cameras were already supported in ACR 6.7 (CS5), which means that owners of those cameras will not have to upgrade to CS6.
The Nikon D600 is not supported by ACR v.7.1, nor by the current v.7.2 Release Candidate. D600 owners may want to get Nikon View NX2 v.2.5.o (or v.2.5.1 WIN), which, according to the Nikon USA website does already support this camera.
