Right, you don't understand a thing of what this Frenchwoman is saying about the D400 or the Cannes Filmfestival, but one thing's clear: the D400 is on it's way, or maybe not?
Hard to tell the real rumors from the bogus, and this could be either a Nikon promo, an Orange commercial, or just a great practical joke:

is it right, that the d400 can record full hd videos ? i´ve heared this, but don´t believe it ! How much memory must this camera have !

The D400 does not exist (yet), but all the lastest Nikons - with the exception of the D3000 - are HD video capable.
