As a registered Adobe member, today I received an invitation to participate in a customer survey, which I took – of course – even though the rewards are rather measly.
Moreover, to qualify they require you to give up your data, which I gracefully declined. No rewards for me…
They might have awarded 5, 2 and 1 year subscriptions to the cloud (which would cost them zip, plus promote the business), but instead opted for iPads and Amazon bonus cards. Shortsighted, aren't they?
Anyway, I took the survey and guess what? It suggests they might be a tad nervous, after all.
Attached, 2 captures of the more relevant screens of a 30 page survey, which address some of the issues discussed earlier, indicating that they at least took a look at some of the customer complaints, sorta...
Still, the questionnaire does not address the – IMHO – mayor issue: they don’t ask why I'm not interested in upgrading.
I can't help wondering what will they do with this info. Most likely, nothing.
After all: I’m small fry, as they have made painfully obvious on an accasion or two.
